Flexible Management of work hours

We have 5 day working week and an 8 hour work day. We wish to allow the flexibility to any individual to leave early on any given day if they so choose. Therefore if an individual works half day on any given day the individual does not lose their salary or their leaves. Instead they can compensate for the same by working extra hours on other days. this kind of flexibility exists in no other organization.

Flexi leaves

Instead of bifurcating our leaves separately into Privilege Leaves, Casual Leaves, Sick Leaves and Public Holidays, we have simply combined all of these leaves into a single heading called Flexi-Leaves. A total of 32 flexi leaves are available to each individual for each Candidate year.

Open and transparent culture

Anyone in the organization at any level, any designation, any management band, in any team can freely approach anyone else at any level / team / designation to discuss anything.

Penchant for productivity

At DepthEye we are super-obsessive about productivity. Every employee in every department has multiple LCD monitors. Our facilities team is always researching ergonomics as it applies to lighting, seating, workstations etc. Any tool, device, software that can help us work better, is for the asking.

Parties/get together
